Failing a driving test can be frustrating, especially when the result comes down to a single serious or dangerous fault. The LDA Test Recovery Programme™ has been specifically designed for learners who are close to test standard but need expert help identifying, understanding and correcting the fault that caused their test failure. For over 18 years, LDA has helped thousands of learners across Oxfordshire develop the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to pass their driving test and become safe drivers for life.

• 9 hours of targeted one-to-one tuition with a Senior Instructor or Manager
• 1-hour independent mock driving test

Who Is This Programme For?

• Recently failed a practical driving test
• Received only one serious or dangerous fault
• Demonstrated an otherwise good standard of driving
• Want specialist coaching before the next attempt
• Would benefit from a second opinion from an experienced trainer or manager

Eligibility Criteria

This programme is generally suitable for learners who failed with one serious or dangerous fault and no more than eight driving faults. Learners with multiple serious faults or a significant number of driving faults may require a bespoke training programme and additional tuition.

• Test-day car hire/test cover is not included
• This programme does not guarantee a pass
• Additional lessons may be recommended if required
• Acceptance onto the programme may be subject to review of previous test results
